The Influence of Three Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine Feed Additives on Main Flora in Cecum of Broilers

The influence of different Chinese herbal medicine prescription on cecum main flora of broilers was researched.The results showed that compared with basal diet group and antibiotics group,three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine groups had no obvious inhibition on Escherichia coli in twenty-one-day-old avian broilers,and didn't have apparent cultivation effect.When broilers were forty-two daysold,there was no apparent inhibition of three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine groups on Escherichia coli,but Lactobacillus number from 0.07 % group Ⅰadded level was significantly higher than 0.12 % group Ⅰadded level and apramycin sulfate group.So that 0.07 % group Ⅰadded level adjustment effect on cecum flora of broilers was the best,judging from the whole broiler growth period.
