A Study on “Conscience Education” in Education of Art Design

In the process of structuring harmonious society, specialty education not only offers students knowledge and skills, but should also help them set up morality and social responsibility. In the education of art design,students are to cultivate designing knowledge and skills as well as the core value of humanity, and concerns for society and environment, which is the conscience education in art design learning. Therefore, the educator should formulate specific target on concept of conscience education, and put it in teaching process. By classical and influential cases the students are to be influenced for conscientious design, and to be encouraged to carry on field investigation to integrate valuable traditional handicrafts into modern designs.
