Thinking about the Basic Art Education

This thesis probes into how basic art education,as basic education of component,meets the need of modern social personnel training,and how it can accord with the demand of talent quality training in modern society,at the angle of training talents with creating consciousness,initiative spirit and practising ability.And it also points out that in the basic art education the art design education should be strengthened,combining the content of the teaching material again,giving full play to the basic art education as importance in quality-oriented education of a component of the basic education,and strengthening basic art education with creative significance.
