Abstract
Isolation and culture of plant protoplast and plant regeneration technology supply a platform for plantbreeding,biotechnology,genetic engineering and cell physiological and biochemical characteristics research,with important research significance.The important influencing factors of the isolation and culture of protoplast were summarized,including enzymes,different digestion time,osmotic pressure stabilizer and culture methods.At the same time,the problems of the stability and variation laws of regenerated plants' genetic characters of plant protoplast were proposed,so as to provide reference for the isolation and culture research of plant protoplast in the future.
