Merger of mirtazapine buspirone controlled study of the treatment of depression

Objective To study analysis mirtazapine combined with small spiro ketone geriatric depression treatment effect.Method February 2010 to February 2012,85 cases diagnosed in our hospital in elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given mirtazapine treatment,the experimental group were treated with mirtazapine combined with small spiro ketone treatment,the treatment effect observed and compared between the two groups and security.Results The statistical analysis,the experimental group after treatment,the depression score than the control group(P 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;two sets of adverse reactions in patients with contrast no significant difference,P0.05.Conclusions In the treatment of depression,given mirtazapine combined with small spiro ketone treatment better,and has high security,it is worth the application.
