The Revelation of the Inquiry Learning Theory to the College English Teaching

The inquiry learning is a reform of the traditional learning method.It means students make scientific inquiry to require and apply knowledge and resolve problems under the guide of teachers.Teachers and educators have been making a lot of research on how to enhance students' interests in College English teaching.The article analyzes four prototypical features of the inquiry learning and then bring forward four important aspects that are needed noticing when the inquiry learning theory applied in College English teaching.
