Review on the Protection of Possession in China's Property Law

Trough property law on the systems of possession protection rules,we can see that China's possession protection system,which reflected the economic demand,adapt to the social development,has great practical significance.But there are some problems too: under our legal system idea and national conditions,should or not stipulate self-relief right;and whether our claim of possession protection provisions reasonable,whether there is a need to list the lawsuit of possession separately.
