Abstract

Knowledge sharing is a critical part of organizational knowledge management.The paper gencralizes seven important influential factors on knowledge sharing,and introduces the conceptual model in which relational path of different factors are constructed.It aims at exploring the intrinsic mechanism of knowledge sharing.
