Study on Evaluation the Development Levelof Civil Aviation in China Based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Civil aviation power construction has become China's important strategic target of civil aviation.Civil aviation power is the advanced stage of development of civil aviation.In order to realize the goal of civil aviation power,we have to analyze and evaluate the development level of civil aviation.The evaluation of the development level of civil aviation is a system engineer which is affected by multi-objective,multi-level,complex structure and many factors.In the analysis,it is influenced by all kinds of index,and some indexes are unity,random and fuzzy.This paper evaluates the development level of civil aviation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and concludes that our country is still under civil aviation power stage,still doesn't achieve the goal of civil aviation powers.At last,it analyzes the development status of civil aviation according to the evaluation results.
