Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes and clinical significances of D-dimer and four coagulation items in plasma of pregnant women during different periods of pregnancy.Methods:149 pregnant women received D-dimer detection and four coagulation items detection during the first, second and third trimester of pregnancy and parturient period, then the results were analyzed statistically. Results:The level of D-dimer increased progressively from the first, second and third trimester of pregnancy to parturient period(P0.01);prothrombin time(PT) shortened progressively during the first, second and third trimester of pregnancy(P0.05),but there was no significant difference from the third trimester of pregnancy to parturient period(P0.05);there was no significant difference in thromboplastin time(TT) from the first trimester of pregnancy to parturient period(P0.05);activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) shortened significantly from the first trimester of pregnancy to the second trimester of pregnancy(P0.01),but there was no significant difference between the second trimester of pregnancy and the third trimester of pregnancy(P0.05),APTT shortened significantly from the third trimester of pregnancy to parturient period(P0.05);fibrinogen content increased significantly from the first trimester of pregnancy to the second trimester of pregnancy(P0.01),but there was no significant difference between the second trimester of pregnancy and the third trimester of pregnancy(P0.05),fibrinogen content increased significantly from the third trimester of pregnancy to parturient period(P0.01).Conclusion:Combined dynamic monitoring of D-dimer and four coagulation items has important clinical value for reducing postpartum hemorrhage and preventing and treating thrombosis.
