Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of GRP78 in differentiated gastric cancer tissue. Methods: The expression of GRP78 in well differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma and moderately differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma were detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results: Western blot and immunohistochemistry results showed that the expression of GRP78 with gastric cancer differentiation degree the inverse correlation. Conclusion: The expression levels of GRP78 are difference at the gastric cancer differentiation degree, but lack the feasibility as the gastric cancer cell differentiation degree determination norm for reference.
