Abstract
The rapid development of therapeutic McAbs plays a crucial effect in treating many kinds of human diseases,especially in treating tumor.Therapeutic mAbs has developed from reshaping antibody and humanized antibody to fully human antibody in order to lower supersensitivity resulting from mouse antibody.With the going forward of biotechnology,humanized antibody will has a more and more wide perspective.
