Abstract
Objective:To detect the variation tendency of two groups of anemia pregnant women′s MCV and RDW between 14 years ago and last year by automatic blood cell analyzer,and to discuss the value of changes of anemia pregnant women′s MCV and RDW in anemia classification.Methods: Use COULTER-LH750 Blood Cell Analyzer determining routine analysis of blood among anemia pregnant women and Control Con.Results: Compared results of last year with 14 years before,the proportion of normal cell uniform anemia is significantly lower(P0.01).The proportion of large cell uniform anemia and small cell uneven anemia are significantly higher(P0.01).MCV and RDW in each group has no significant changes in average.Conclusion: It is very practical and convenient for anemia classification,drug guidance and curative effects by MCV / RDW morphological classification method.
