Effect Analysis of Community Management of Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of community management of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 91 type 2 diabetes patients treated in 2 community service stations around our college were randomly selected as community management group,86 type 2 diabetes patients treated in the hospital afflicated to our college as hospital treatment group.Body mass index(BMI),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 hours plasma glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(GHbAlc),et al were compared between 2 groups.Results;Each index of community management group was significantly better than that of hospital treatment group.Bleeding from vagina,et al after medical abortion were compared between the 2 groups(P 0.01 ).Conclution;Standard community management can improve the treatment effect of type 2 diabetes.
