Abstract

Objective:To explore the transmission affect of nerves in effect of rats' gastric function which caused by electroacupuncture at Zusanli point and to reveal whether there is relation between nerves and meridian actually. Methods:Forty SD rats were randomly divided into five group(blank control group, electroacupuncture at Zusanli point group, electroacupuncture at Non-Point group,off-nerves group, off-nerves and electroacupuncture at Zusanli point group),then measured and analyed their gastric electricity and gastric acid. Results: Electroacupuncture at Zusanli point affects gastric electricity and gastric acid apparently. Electroacupncture at Zusanli Point B group decreased the gastric electricity apparent(VS control A group P0.01 A), off-nerves and Electroacupncture at Zusanli Point E group increased the Gastric electricity (VS control A group P0.01).Electroacupncture at Zusanli Point B group increased the Gastric acid apparently(VS control A group P0.01). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at Zusanli point affects gastric function apparently. The transmission process of electroacupuncture at points relates to nerves. But the way of nerves only is the mainly way of meridian transmission.Another meridian transmission way maybe exist.
