Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore the current status of the female genital tract mycoplasma infection and the relationship between mycoplasma infection and infertility. And mycoplasma drug resistance to antimicrobial drugs for clinical treatment of mycoplasma infection in a reasonable choice to provide laboratory evidence of antimicrobial agents.METHODS In our hospital outpatient and 1593 hospitalized patients with female genital tract specimens were cultured and susceptibility testing of mycoplasma and mycoplasma by the French company′s IST bioMerieux kit for testing.RESULTS Totally 1593 female patients were detected out of mycoplasma(Uu,Mh) 787 cases, the positive rate was 49.4%,mainly infected by UU,the total number detected in 84.8%;361 cases of female infertility, vaginal discharge 211 strains of mycoplasma isolated positive rate was 57.4%.Susceptibility test results show that pristinamycin, josamycin, doxycycline, tetracycline antibacterial activity against most Uu,sensitivity rates were 99.4%,97.5%,97.5% and 95.5%;quinoline antibacterial activity of the ketones Here weak;ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin resistance rates were 83.2% and 70.4%.Resistant Mycoplasma hominis Ureaplasma urealyticum was higher than that, especially macrolide antibiotics, the resistance rate of 83.3%.CONCLUSION Female genital mycoplasma infection is rising, therefore rational use of antimicrobial drugs in clinical treatment and the right treatment to reduce rates of antibiotic resistance,to prevent relapse after treatment is significant.Female genital infection is the main cause abortion and infertility, miscarriage caused by the mycoplasma and infertility is reversible, there is still opportunity to restore fertility after cure.
