Analysis of Ecological and Economic System Couple State in Hunan Province

From the perspective of system theory,we analysed all elements of ecological and economic system and its internal structure in Hunan province,then constructed evaluation indexes system.Using quantitative evaluation model,we analysed the regional coupling is of great significance to clear strategy for regional development.In 1996～2006,integrated ability to support Hunan Logarithm-raised,composite consumption level index-increased,both with non-synchronous speed of evolution.Coupling degree raised rapidly,an average annual increase of 6.88 degrees.From 2002,Hunan province has entered the period of over-exploitation.Hunan has rich resources,but far from has the material conditions for over-exploitation.How to improve their integrated ability to support the development of Hunan province effectively,and how to improve the quality composite consumption level effectively,finally the authors propose five counter-measures:(1)to highlight imports of energy and raw materials as well as advanced technology and equipment,key parts.(2)to improve the traffic network.(3)efforts to expand trade in services.(4)to promote our own brands and high-value-added product exports,and to reduce the domestic industrial convergence merchandise exports.(5)to control high-energy-consuming,high pollution and resource-type products exports.
