Abstract

When reading the writings of Dream Pool Essay, The Similar incidents from Ancient time to the Present, Quotations of Qing Yi, Collected Works of Zhuang Jing and Collected Works of Hu Nan, all by the authors in Song and Jin Period, we find some poems written in Tang and Five Dynasties which the ancestors have not mentioned. After checking all the poems from line to line in The Complete Poetry of Tang Dynasty, Unofficial Compiling of Poetry of Tang Dynasty, Complement of Poetry of Tang Dynasty and Continuation of Poetry of Tang Dynasty, we replenish 19 poems of Tang and Five Dynasties 131 lines in all. This is the major work of editing the lost poems of Tang and Five Dynasties in recent years.
