How to Comprehend Implementing Democracy in Governing

Abstract
Adhering to implementing democracy in governing is an essential requirement of socialism, and is of great importance to our Party′s winning a broad governing base and consolidating its ruling status. The auther stresses that to do this, it would be a must to make great efforts to develop people′s democracy, propel the reform of the political structures, stick to democratic centralism, and carry out democracy within the Party. The writer also holds that implementing democracy in governing, following scientific principles in governing, and governing according to law togerther form an organic whole.
