On the Problems Existing in the Training of High-level Sports Teams by Local Universities and the Countermeasures Suggested

Developing high-level college sports teams is not only successful experience of the athletics sports internationally,but also an important form of university's raising the high-quality athletic talents.Because the local universities occupy the main part of higher education in China,they are playing the major role in raising high-level sports teams.Because of the limits by number of athletically promising students,school register management,training technology and economic conditions,the local universities have been at the low level in the raising of high-level sports teams. Therefore,it is necessary that we take the effective measures to solve problems in view of these restrictive factors to enhance the quality of raising high-level sports teams.
