Abstract

The article discussed the practice predicament of high level sports teams in Chinese universities from three aspects which are participating confusion of power,the source of funding difficulties and talent whereabouts frustrations,compared organizational mechanism of the high level sports teams between Chinese and American universities,and put forward related solutions.
