Abstract

By comparing on accumulation of gymnastics teaching training and competition experience,through using the method of literature review and video analysis,this paper makes analysis on structures,types,numbers of action,and the characteristics of choreography in basic skills competition of gymnastics.And at the same time,the author proposed the noticeable issues which gymnastics teachings and trainings should pay attention to.The main purpose is to provide some useful reference for gymnastics teaching,training and competition in future.
