Abstract
The effective method of teaching is teacher's powerful tool to enable students to master the movement skill and primary knowedge of Gymnastics smoothly. In accordance with the movement pattern and the character of skill ,the teaching of Gymnastics has its own special method. The paper holds with:improving the exercises of the sense of the mental image. The effect of teaching of Gymnastics can be enhanced, and the skill can be prevented from being escaping from memory .
