Abstract
Based on two years'technical training of 20 long jump athletes from Nanyang Normal University,this article analyzes their sports ability and strong suit by the theories of cask mode and toy bricks mode.After some training of speed of running-up of long jump,through validation and comparison,the author concludes that specific training of speed of running-up produces gteat influence on the grade of long jump.
