Abstract

This article raised the relationship between use rate of approach in long jump and achievement through the test of approach speed,average running speed,the using rate of long jump sports men in the track and field team of PE college in Ningbo university and also combine with the self-practice and the analysis of quantity related material,we found the relation of the use rate of approach in long jump with their achievement.
