Abstract

The genetic relationship of 29 wolfberry germplasms were analyzed by the technology of genomic DNA-SRAP markers and the NTSYS average similarity cluster analysis. The results showed that 19 bands were amplified using 5 pairs of primers,14 of which were polymorphic bands,and polymorphic rate was 76. 68%. The cluster analysis showed that all germplasms were classified into 3 groups,5 groups and 15 groups according to different coefficient of 0. 74,0. 83,and 0. 91. The genetic diversity of wolfberry germplasms is very ample at the molecular level. Lycium ruthenicum is farther from other wolfberry germplasms in the genetic distance. It is showed that the technology of SRAP markers can be applied to identification of germplasm and analysis of genetic relationship in wolfberry.
