Abstract

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous intervertebral disc ozone injection for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation under the guidance of the evaluation of CT.To make a retrospective analysis of 78 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients and perform a CT-guided percutaneous disc injection of ozone with the concentration of 40μg/mL and the dose of 10~15mL.According to the visual analog scale(VAS)and patients' satisfaction indicators, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the treatment were observed 2weeks,1month and 3months after the operation. The results showed that compared with the preoperative period, the postoperative patient's VAS score significantly decreased and satisfaction obviously improved. No serious complications occurred in the patients.CT-guided percutaneous intervertebral disc ozone injection treatment could effectively eliminate aseptic inflammation, relieve pain and improve the patient's waist and lower limbs. The treatment was safer to perform and obtained higher patients'satisfaction.
