Abstract
Objective: The HPLC method was developed to determine Quercetin in Forsythia suspensa.Method:RP-HPLC was used as follows:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5 μm)columns;mobile phase:acetonitrile-water solution;the detection wavelength:370nm;column temperature:30 ℃;velocity:1.0 mL·min-1;the injection volume:20 μL.Result:The level of Quercetin in Forsythia suspensa from different commodities is significantly different. Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of Quercetin in Forsythia suspensa, which provides a scientific basis for quality assessment of Forsythia suspensa.
