Abstract
Objective To evaluate the advantages of susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI) in diffuse axonal ingury. Methods Thirty-one patients who were suspected diffuse axonal injury underwent MR scanning with a 3.0T MR scanner.TSE T1WI,T2WI and 3D SWI were performed.Minimal intensity projection(miu IP) was used to reconstruct images. Results Satisfying images were obtained in all of 31 cases with SWI for 52 hemorrage petechiae were displayed clear, which was 62 more than routine T2WI.Conclusion application of MRSWI raises the accurancy of the diagnosis on diffase axonal injury and is valuable to early diagnosis and treatment.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
