Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of public services equalization and realize the urban and rural smooth development,the paper explores related concepts and makes clear the definition and connotation of the equalization.Through practical analysis of basic public services equalization in urban and rural areas in these years,main problems are summarized and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
