Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship between HBV M and HBV DNA.Methods: HBV M and HBV DNA in 497 cases were detected.HBV M was detected with ELLSA,and HBV DNA detected with PCR.Results:The result of HBV M was divided into 6 groups, each group was different in the positive rate of HBV DNA. Conclusion: HBV M is used and to generally detect the HBV infection , but HBV DNA can be used to detect the replication of HBV. The HBV M and HBV DNA have duTerent significance. The relationship between HBV M and HBV DNA is worthy of study.
