Clinical Efficacy of Oligoasthenotspermi with Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment

Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of oligoasthenotspermi.Methods 68 cases of oligoasthenotspermi were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 34 cases.Western medicine treatment was used in control group,Chinese and Western medicine treatment was used in treatment group.Results In the control group,8 cases were cured,14 cases were mending and 12 cases were noneffective,the total efficiency of treatment group was 64.7%,and in the treatment group,15 cases were cured,13 cases were mending and 6 cases were noneffective,the total efficiency of treatment group was 82.4%.The total efficiency of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment can improve the cure rate of oligoasthenotspermi.
