Abstract

Simultaneous determination of Ca,Ce and Ti impurity elements in high purity tellurium were carried out by ICP-AES.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is 1.0%,and the recovery is in the range of 92%—93%.The method is simple, rapid and highly accurate with satisfactory results.
