Abstract
Treatment and prevention of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Eighteen cases of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome was explored through clinical analysis. 18 patients were resulted from complication of assisent reprodution. Their main manifestations included abdominal distension, anorexia, asthma, dyspnea, oliguria and ascites. Interventions were given including immediately stopping medicine of ovulation stimulus, fluid infusion, antihastamine and abdominal paracentess. The effect was satisfied. [Conclusion] Superrsion must be strengthen during the use of ovulation stimulating medicines to avoid OHSS.
