Abstract

Objective:To summary the clinical situation and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods:Twenty-four cases of OHSS was explored through clinical analysis.Results:24 patients were resulted from complication of assistant ovulation.Their main manifestations included abdominal distension,anorexia,asthma,dyspnea,oliguria and ascites.Interventions were given including fluid infusion,antihistamine and abdominal paracentess.The effect was satisfied.Conclusion:Surveillance must be strengthened during the use of ovation stimulating medicines to avoid OHSS.
