Abstract

The Cr (VI) apparent adsorption quantity of corn stalk was preliminary studied by batch technique. The results showed that the first-order kinetic equation and Freundlich equation were the most satisfied to describe Cr (VI) adsorption processes of corn stalk. The more the amount of Cr (VI), the worse the restore effects of corn stalk in terrestrial and aquatic environments.
