Analysis of 10 Cases Allergic Shock Induced by Shuanghuanglian Injecion

Abstract

Objective To discuss the characteristics of allergic shock from shuanghuanglian injection so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic.Methods Allergic shock to shuanghuanglian injection in 10 cases,reported in domestic medical journals from 1998～2009,were collected and analyzed.Resulits Allergic shock to shuanghuanglian injection occurred in 1-30min after intravenous drip of shuanghuanglian injection;and were independent of patient's sex and age.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the ADRs of shuanghuanglian injection and rationally use the preparation.
