Abstract
The salary incentive mechanism is part of the main content used by enterprise manpower resources management of different countries in modern market economy.This mechanism has a particular significance for China,a developing country.On the basis of exploring the corresponding incentive theories and salary incentive mechanism,this paper analyzes the misunderstandings of regarding higher salary as the most effective measure which enterprises use and thinking that salary incentive mechanism is equal to the principle of pay for more work,which exists in the process of advocating salary incentive mechanism now in China.The author also proposes consummating salary incentive mechanism by adopting a dynamic salary structure and a full scale salary strategy.
