Abstract

To strengthen the file management of student’s status in the open tele-education,it is urgent to cultivate the high-quality staff of the roll management,to establish and perfect the management system for archives administration characterized by open tele-education,and to adopt modern methods to improve the quality and efficiency of the roll management.
