Abstract

Through the macroscopic analysis for runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures in loess plateau, the results showed that: Under a high level of soil and water conservation measures, the runoff usable rate can be reached up to 63%,the maximal runoff use amount is about 4~5 billion m3.The research pointd out that runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures was related to many dynamic factors, such as precipitation, ground surface condition, governmental degree, measures makeup, transportation of soil water, return water and so on.The reciprocity of these factors was very intricate. In case of a rainstorm, runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures will be reduced. So we suggested this issue should be studied continually for a long time.
