Backup for Disaster Recovery and Application in Telecommunication

Abstract

Disaster recovery /backup technology is the key to realize business continuity when an informational system encounters a disaster.This paper introduces the basic concepts and some major technologies of disaster recovery and data backup,and discusses the strategy of construction of data disaster recovery and business continuity in the disaster recovery center through an instance of telecommunication enterprise's business operation support system.
