Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of premature ovarian failure of blood stasis due to qi stagnation. Methods 60cases selected were randomly diveded into two groups. The control group was taking hormonal replacepment therapy(HT),the treatment group in the control group on the basis of basic treatment, use of chinese formulated herbs products, treatment for 3months.Before and after the treatment observed two groups symptoms, menstruation, the serum levels and reoccurence. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group is 60.0%,the total efficiency control group is 46.6%,compared with significant difference between two groups(P0.05),the treatment group is significantly higher than the serum E2 level and lower than the serum FSH level in the control group(P0.05),follow-up in 3 months, the rate of reoccurrence of amenorrhea in the treatment group is 34.3%,the control group is 46.7%,compared with significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Combined chinese and western medicine treatment of premature ovarian failure of blood stasis due to qi stagnation is safe, effective and lower reoccurrence.
