Abstract

There are Chinese characters both in Chinese and Japanese which provide the major premise for the forming of Fanxu Words. The comparison, which is focused on word meaning and structure of Fanxu Words in Chinese and Japanese, can give us reference to the study of Chinese and Japanese homonyms and Japanese characters. It is beneficial to promote the accurate expression and communication and it is significant to the language education of both Chinese and Japanese.
