Abstract

Making a comprehensive view we can find that Zeng Guo-fan's political contribution on managing state affairs and dominating the society is closely connected with his idea of cultivating one's morality. He inherited the traditional culture of our nation for the aim of upholding the ethical morality of feudalist outline and courtesy, and formed a characteristic familial teaching view and teaching means in learning alimentation from Hunan culture, which made great and deep influence to the growth of his subordinates and disciples.
