Abstract
The practical teaching plays an important part in the teaching of ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis.It plays an irreplaceable role in evaluating and strengthening the teaching content,and cultivating students'innovative spirit and practical abilities.Only by improving the practical teaching continuously from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and teaching principles,can we solve the problems in practical teaching and realize the teaching objectives of improving moral qualities and enhancing their legal awareness.
