Medicinal carbon union allopurinol treatment of chronic gouty nephropathy clinical observation

Objective To investigate medicinal carbon combined allopurinol treatment of chronic gouty nephropathy.Methods Selected 50 patients with chronic gouty nephropathy,Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group medicinal carbon plus allopurinol tablets,the control group except do not use medicinal carbon,the other treatment the same.Not affect the uric acid metabolism in two groups of drugs used.Usage: For medicinal carbon four pieces,one day of three time;allopurinol tablets one piece,one day of three time,Treatment course 30 days.around examines two groups to treat the blood uric acid,the blood urea nitrogen(BUN),the myo-bitter wine(Cr) the level;observation time of symptom relief and adverse reactions.Results Than before,lowering uric acid effect of the two groups were significantly different(P0.05),decreased BUN,Cr efficacy of the treatment group was statistically significant(P0.05),while the control group was not significant(P0.05);the two groups after treatment compared to the treatment group serum uric acid,BUN,Cr level was significantly lower than The control group(P0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic gouty nephropathy,the carbon medicinal not only can reduce BUN、 Cr,can lower blood uric acid,and combined with allopurinol a synergistic effect,and few side effects.
