Abstract

Steel industry is an important basic industry of the national economy,it has main effect to the national economic development.Organizational Innovation is an effective way for the enterprises to improve the core competitiveness.According to the actual Situation and the characteristic of the steel industry,this paper analyses the environment and power source of the organizational Innovation of the Iron and Steel enterprises in our country and then concludes that decentralized system,Strategic business unit division based on products and the information construction are the essential factors of the organizational Innovation of Iron and Steel enterprises in our country.
