On Harmonizing Local Legislation in Regional Economic Integration

Abstract
In order to avoid incoordination in area coverage in China,the national local legislation is bound in duty to harmonize area coverage development.This paper positively makes analysis of China's local legislation from the following aspects by yyrlying the foreign experience,an introduction of incoordination in area development,the system of harmonizing local legislation,an analysis of the mechanism in local legislation,the important role of going to the people in local legislation.
