On Regional Superiority and System Construction of Overseas Chinese'Capital in the Overseas Investment of Chinese Enterprises

Overseas Chinese and their investment have played an important role in promoting economy in the process of China's reform and opening- up. The regional superiority of overseas Chinese's capital in Chinese enterprises' overseas investment is mainly reflected in the impact on potential markets from the aspect of cultural similarity. In order to use the advantages of overseas Chinese and reduce investment risk,we should change the existing system of overseas Chinese affairs,and establish a dual protection system which mainly relies on the legal system and is supplemented by the public diplomacy of overseas Chinese.
