Considerations about How to Set Topics for the Landscape Paintings of West Region

Abstract

Region landscape is named by myself in exploring Xinjiang landscape paintings.It is one of the topics in Xinjiang large landscape research.It is not a common academic term,but the writer's personal idea.In Tang Dynasty,there came such terms as West Region painting and West Region school.Not long after,the terms were forgotten.In modern times,through painstaking effort of many forerunner painters,there has been a new look in the field.The writer is expecting various explorations to Xinjiang landscape paintings and pay great effort to the development of Xinjiang landscape paintings.
